Homegrown Summertime Deliciousness

First tomato and fresh mozzarella salad of the season, and I made it with basil from my own windowsill garden! The salad was a little light on fresh basil (I supplemented with some dried) because my plant is just barely big enough to qualify as not a seedling anymore. Although I did want to prune it to grow bushier, I didn't want to totally demolish it!

The salad was delicious, though. Paired with fresh strawberries, Grandmother and Grandaddy's homegrown blueberries, and a glass of wine, it made for a lovely summer dinner.
